MKC LAW GROUP SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVES CLAIMS AT ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE HEARING

MKC Law Group was successful in representing a mother in resolving claims asserted by a father at an Order to Show Cause hearing in state court. The father's claims in the Order to Show Cause application focused on obtaining custody of the couples minor child based on alleged conduct by the mother. After a full day of extensive testimony the court held a second hearing day and rendered a decision. The court's decision returned the parties to the prior status quo, and required the husband to comply with an existing joint custody agreement, requiring the father to immediately transfer custody of the minor to the mother. Managing Partner Michael K. Chong represented the mother at the hearing.
