MKC LAW GROUP SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVES ADA CLAIMS AGAINST NEW YORK BASED CORPORATION

Plaintiff had asserted diverse ADA claims against the corporation along with a related entity. MKC Law Group was successful in negotiating a cost-effective resolution of the Plaintiff's claims, which resulted in a dismissal of the lawsuit.
