MKC Law Group was successful in resolving a complex employment discrimination lawsuit against a well established restaurant based in Manhattan. The Plaintiff asserted multiple discrimination claims against the restaurant. After extensive litigation, the matter was successfully resolved and dismissed with prejudice.
