MKC Law Group was successful in representing employees of Sunrun, Inc. (https://www.sunrun.com/) (NASDAQ: RUN), a national solar energy company headquartered in San Francisco, California (Net worth $5.21B) in a lawsuit filed by a competing regional solar energy company, seeking to restrict their employment. Sunrun develops, owns, manages and sells residential solar energy systems, and is ranked as the top residential solar provider in the United States. MKC Law Group worked with corporate counsel for Sunrun, and after over a year of litigation, was successful in attaining a dismissal with prejudice of the lawsuit. Managing Partner Michael K.
