MKC LAW GROUP PREVAILS IN DISMISSING CRIMINAL BASED COMPLAINT AND TRO

MKC Law Group was successful in dismissing a criminal based Complaint and TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against a defendant in state court. The TRO involved diverse criminal law claims against the defendant. After a lengthy hearing before a state judge, the court ruled in favor of defendant, dismissing the Complaint and TRO in its entirety. Managing Partner Michael K.
