MKC LAW GROUP SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVES EMPLOYMENT LAWSUIT IN FEDERAL COURT AGAINST RESTAURANT GROUP

MKC Law Group has sucessfully resolved a multi-plaintiff lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York against a restaurant group based in Brooklyn, New York. The lawsuit involved diverse employment law claims against the restaurant group and its management. After approximately one year of extensive litigation, the restaurant group dismissed their prior counsel and retained MKC Law Group to handle the matter. MKC Law Group was able to strategically move the litigation to mediation and resolve the lawsuit in a cost effective manner.
