MKC LAW GROUP SUCCESSFULLY RESOLVES CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST ENERGY/FUEL CORPORATION IN FEDERAL COURT

MKC Law Group has succesfully resolved a collective class action lawsuit against an Energy/Fuel corporation. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The Plaintiffs had asserted diverse employment law claims against the corporation and management. After approximately two years of litigation and substantive motions, MKC Law Group was successful in settling all claims and having the lawsuit dismissed with prejudice.
